Feb. 1985: Hong Kong Victory Engineering Co., Ltd. was established, specializing in research, development, contracting and sale of office furniture, as well as interior decoration.

Oct. 1989: Victory Office Supplies Trading Company was established in Guangzhou, with business in office supplies, equipment, furniture, etc.

May 1991: Hong Kong Victory Engineering Co., Ltd. and Victory Office Supplies Trading Company set up a joint venture-the Victor Office System Holding（China）Limited in Hong Kong, whose business covers Southeast Asia and has begun to enter mainland China.

Nov. 1993: Guangzhou Baiyun Valuable Furniture, the first production base of the Victory Group on mainland China, was put into production in Guangzhou.

1995: Guangzhou Victory (Engineering) Co., Ltd. was incorporated in Guangzhou.

1996: Brands-Baili, Weizhuo and Victory were launched in the market in succession, making the group become the first enterprise which carries out business under multiple brands in mainland’s office furniture industry.

1998: Guangzhou Victory Office System Industrial Co., Ltd. was incorporated in Guangzhou, with the registered capital of 15 million yuan.

1999: The Victory Group joined in the international market and prepared to construct the Victory Shanghai Industrial Park with an investment of 50 million yuan and to expand its market share in Southeast Asia and Europe.
In the same year, Guangzhou Victory Office System Industrial Co., Ltd. was elected as council member of China National Furniture Association and standing council member of Guangzhou Furniture Association.

2000: Victory Beijing subsidiary was established, with a mission to expand the market in Beijing, North China and Northeast China.

2001: The group decided 2001 as its Year of Management and upgraded its system, workflow, cost and quality management comprehensively.

Mar. 2001: The Victory Group passed the certification of TUVISO 9001 96 international quality system in its first attempt.

2002: The group decided 2002 as the Year of Marketing, some brand-new marketing modes were launched and the concept of all-involved marketing service was promoted.
Tomur Dawamat, Vice Chairman of the Standing Committee of the National People’s Congress, visited the Victory Group and the decision-making class in Guangzhou.
Under the support of the leaders of the organization departments of Guangzhou Municipal Committee and District Committee, Victory CPC branch was established in Baiyun District as the first non-public economy CPC branch.

Nov. 2002: Victory and German Synew set up a joint venture-Synew (China) Co., Ltd. to develop the market for Synew office supplies in China.

2003: The group decided 2003 as the Year of Branding to forge its brand all-around.

Oct. 2003: Victory was ratified as the Famous Brand of Guangzhou City and Famous Brand of Guangdong Province by the Industrial and Commercial Bureau of Guangzhou City and the Industrial and Commercial Administration Authority of Guangdong Province respectively.
In its first attempt, the group passed the certification of ISO9001-2000 quality management system, TUVISO 14001-96 environmental protection system and China Ⅲ Type Environment Labeling .
The group was elected as the standing council member of China National Furniture Association.

Late 2003: Beijing Victory Office System Industrial Co., Ltd. was prepared with an investment of 38 million yuan and the third logistics and service base was established at home.

2004: The group decided 2004 as the Year of Infrastructure and doubled its effort in infrastructure enhancement to lay a solid foundation for further development.

Mar. 2004: A large-sized office furniture exhibition hall of 4,000m2, with the biggest scale, highest grade and complete exhibits in Guangzhou, was put into operation.

Jun. 2004: Victory’s Guangzhou Industrial Park of 150mu, which integrates R&D, board tooling, furniture manufacturing, metal materials and logistics and distribution, broke ground in the northern suburb of Guangzhou, hence heralding a new history for Victory.

Oct. 2004: The Victory Group was elected as Vice Chairman of China National Furniture Association at the 4th National Representatives Conference of the association.

May 2005: Chairman Liang Naxin was honored as one of the Top 10 Eminent Figures 2004 of the furniture industry in Guangdong Province.

Sept. 2005: The Victory Group was elected as Vice Chairman of the 4th Council of Guangdong Furniture Association.
The Victory Group was elected as Deputy Director of the Office Furniture Professional Committee of China National Furniture Association.
